When many initiatives and projects fail, how will workers who invested their time and focus in AI tools respond to these failures? Do project leaders in organizations fully understand the capabilities and limitations of AI within their projects? For those who
have tied their identity to their job, how does increased automation impact their sense of self? More importantly, how do they respond to the looming question, "Are robots going to take my job?" Fears over AI and automation have already led to strikes by unions
which may have negative economic impacts.</div>
