CFP: AI and Future of Work Symposium @ Case Western Reserve Univ [April 24, 2025]

The Weatherhead School of Management will host the second Artificial Intelligence Symposium. This year, the theme is Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Work <https://weatherhead.case.edu/executive-education/ai-symposium/>.
 
Save the Date: Thursday, April 24, 2025
The symposium will feature the academic keynote by Prof. Matt Beane <https://www.mattbeane.com/> (UCSB), who just published an important book on this topic, Skill Code: How to Save Human Ability in an Age of Intelligent Machines and the industry keynote by Shivang Desai (CEO, CTO and Co-Founder of Bigthinx). It will also have many other engaging sessions, and dynamic networking at the Tinkham Veale University Center. It’s a chance to learn from thought leaders, connect with peers, and be part of the conversation shaping the future of work.
 
Share Your Expertise: Apply for a Flash Talk
This year, we are crow-sourcing presentations and calling for proposals for Flash Talks <https://weatherhead.case.edu/executive-education/ai-symposium/presentations>, where speakers will deliver short, impactful presentations on AI's influence on work. We are looking for three distinct types of Flash Talks.
If you are an academic, we would like you to propose novel empirical findings based on a robust scientific investigation (no theory, please).
If you are a corporate leader, we would like you to propose a case study of a unique way of using AI in the real world. 
If you are a start-up, we would like you to do a demo and a pitch.
 
 
We encourage submissions if you or someone in your network has something to share. Proposals are due by December 31, 2024.
