This year's workshop emphasizes *ethical reasoning and social responsibility* in RE research and practices. Sharing Experiences: Reflection on applications of ethical reasoning during the conference and planning for joint publications. The workshop will be *interactive and hybrid* (in-person with virtual participation options). -- *Call for Papers* We invite researchers and practitioners to submit: - Full papers: Up to 10 pages (including references). - Short papers: Up to 5 pages. Accepted papers will be presented at the workshop and included in the workshop proceedings (via CEUR or another outlet).
