*Workshop Overview*
The ViVa RE! workshop provides a collaborative platform to explore
*value-oriented and responsible approaches* in requirements engineering
(RE). This year's workshop emphasizes *ethical reasoning and social
responsibility* in RE research and practices. Through interactive
sessions and insightful discussions, participants will:

- Examine *existing RE research* for social and ethical relevance.
- Learn and apply the *Architecture Decision Map (ADM)* method for
ethical reasoning.
- Develop a shared understanding of *responsibility and value-based
perspectives* in RE.

--

*Workshop Topics*
We welcome contributions on (but not limited to) the following topics:

- Analysis of socially responsible requirements engineering research.
- Methods for engineering value-based and socially responsible systems.
- Ethical reasoning approaches in requirements engineering.
- Systematic categorization of value-oriented RE research.
- Future directions for responsible ICT development.
- …and related topics.

--

*Workshop Format*
The workshop consists of two parts:

*Monday, April 7, 2025*
13:30 – Welcome & Introduction
13:45 – Paper Presentations: Presentations of current research related
to the workshop topics.
14:45 – ADM Method Application: Hands-on session where participants
apply the ADM method to analyze their work.
16:30 – Reflection & Abstraction: Collaborative discussion to abstract
learnings into a shared metamodel.

*Thursday, April 11, 2025*
13:30 – Welcome & Recap
13:45 – Sharing Experiences: Reflection on applications of ethical
reasoning during the conference and planning for joint publications.

The workshop will be *interactive and hybrid* (in-person with virtual
