Conference on Health IT and Analytics (CHITA) 2025: Important Dates

 The Conference on Health IT and Analytics (CHITA) will be held next year in Austin, Texas, on the campus of the University of Texas at Austin. We plan to host the conference on April 25-27, 2025 with the doctoral consortium being held on Friday, April 25, and the main conference scheduled on April 26-27, 2025.

We are pleased to let you know that the conference will be hosted at the McCombs School of Business and hotel room arrangements are being made at the AT&T hotel and conference center on our campus. We will provide additional details including hotel reservation link for discounted room block, call for papers, and other travel arrangements, soon. For now, please save these dates so that you can plan to travel to Austin during a beautiful Springtime.  A prelim version of the CHITA 2025 website is now available and we’re in the process of adding more details.

Please note the following important dates regarding CHITA 2025. We plan on publishing the “Call for Papers” in a couple of weeks.

  *   Submission deadline: Friday, February 28, 2025
  *   Conference dates: April 26-27, 2025
  *   Doctoral Consortium: April 25, 2025

     *   Submission deadline for Consortium: March 28, 2025

  *   Early Bird registration ends: Friday, April 4, 2025
  *   Final registration deadline: Wednesday, April 23, 2025
