Dear AIS community members,
Happy New Year!
We are glad to announce the details of our AMCIS minitrack CFP, which are as follows:

Our minitrack, titled "Real-Time Digital Feedback, Generative AI, and Large Language Models in the Evolving Digital Workplace," is set to explore one of the most dynamic areas in digital transformation.

In today’s fast-paced digital environment, organizations are embracing revolutionary transformations to maintain competitiveness and relevance. Real-time digital feedback has become a cornerstone in this evolution, acting as a bridge between traditional workflows and digitally augmented workspaces. When paired with Generative AI (GenAI), large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning, this feedback generates powerful insights that can:

— Drive innovation and inform strategic decisions.
— Enhance employee performance and engagement.
— Foster agile and adaptive workplace practices.

Our minitrack will dive deep into the multifaceted nature of real-time digital feedback, examining how these technologies transform feedback mechanisms and elevate the digital workplace experience. Proposed topics include, but are not limited to:

  * Leveraging digital feedback for guiding organizational digital transformation.
  * Analyzing feedback through GenAI, NLP, and LLMs to boost performance
  * Utilizing real-time machine learning insights to drive innovation.
  * Enhancing employee engagement with AI-driven feedback solutions.

You’ll find our minitrack under the Digital Transformation and Organizational Information Systems Research track<https://amcis2025.aisconferences.org/submissions/track-descriptions/>.

Manuscript submissions begin on January 13, 2025, with a submission due on February 28, 2025 (5:00 pm EST).

If you're researching the integration of digital feedback tools with GenAI, NLP, and LLMs, or how these tools shape the evolving digital landscape, we encourage you to submit your work and join the conversation. You can submit your work here<https://new.precisionconference.com/amcis25/>.

We look forward to seeing innovative research submissions that will help deepen our understanding of these intersections and pave the way for future advancements in digital transformation.

Best,
