Dear Colleagues,
We invite you to submit your research to the "Human-AI Collaboration in Generative AI-Enhanced Service Systems" minitrack at AMCIS 2025. This minitrack focuses on the transformative potential of Generative AI (GenAI) in augmenting human tasks and reshaping service systems.
As AI becomes more integrated into workplace environments, it is vital to explore how GenAI can enhance human productivity, well-being, collaboration, and innovation within service ecosystems. We encourage submissions that address the impact of AI on employee roles, skill development, job satisfaction, and organizational culture, as well as the design of inclusive AI-driven service systems that prioritize both operational efficiency and human well-being. We are also interested in research on the ethical deployment of AI, fostering digital equity, reducing digital divides, and advancing collective intelligence. This minitrack aims to deepen our understanding of how GenAI technologies are transforming human-AI interactions across individual, organizational, and societal levels. Contributions that investigate the dynamic interplay between AI technologies, human factors, and value co-creation in sustainable service systems are especially welcome.
Possible topics include, but are not limited to:
*
Human-AI task augmentation and hybrid team collaboration
*
Impact of AI on employee roles, skill requirements, job satisfaction, and well-being
*
Design and implementation of inclusive AI-driven service systems
*
Ethical challenges in the deployment of AI technologies
*
AI’s role in fostering collective intelligence and innovation within organizations
*
Organizational culture and leadership’s influence on AI adoption
*
GenAI’s broader societal impact on diversity, inclusion, and digital equity
