CALL FOR PAPERS

Dear Colleagues,
We invite you to submit your research to our mini-track, “The Gig Economy and the Future of Work: Balancing Flexibility, Innovation, and Stakeholder Challenges,” part of the "Changing Nature and the Future of Work (SIG CNOW)" track at AMCIS 2025. The gig economy is reshaping the way we work, innovate, and deliver services. This mini-track explores the multifaceted implications of the gig economy for all stakeholders, examining both the opportunities and challenges that shape the future of gig work, customer experiences, and platform growth.
We welcome submissions that explore how the gig economy is shaping work, as well as its challenges and opportunities for stakeholders.
