Minitrack Title: Blockchain, AI, and Decentralization
Full Call for Papers:
This minitrack invites researchers and practitioners to explore the synergistic relationship between blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), and the growing movement towards decentralization. We encourage submissions that delve into the innovative ways these technologies are converging to reshape industries, empower individuals, and foster more transparent and equitable systems. Blockchain technology, with its inherent decentralization and security features, provides a fertile ground for developing and deploying AI solutions. Conversely, AI can enhance blockchain systems by improving scalability, security, and efficiency. This interplay unlocks exciting possibilities for creating decentralized applications (dApps) and solutions across various domains.
We welcome submissions on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:
- Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs): Explore the role of AI in enhancing DAO governance, decision-making, and operational efficiency. Investigate the use of AI for automating tasks, analyzing data, and managing resources within DAOs.
- Decentralized Finance (DeFi): Examine the applications of AI in DeFi, such as AI-powered lending platforms, decentralized exchanges, and automated market makers. Analyze the potential of AI to improve risk management, fraud detection, and investment strategies in DeFi.
- AI-Powered Trading: Investigate the use of AI and machine learning algorithms for developing trading strategies, predicting market trends, and automating trading decisions in cryptocurrency and other decentralized markets.
- AI in Fintech: Explore the broader applications of AI in the financial technology sector, including decentralized financial products, personalized financial advice, financial service automation, and regulatory compliance.
- Blockchain Security and Scalability: Investigate how AI can enhance the security and scalability of blockchain networks. Analyze the use of AI for detecting and preventing fraud, identifying vulnerabilities, and optimizing network performance.
- Supply Chain Management: Explore the application of blockchain and AI in building more transparent, efficient, and resilient supply chains. Examine how these technologies can improve traceability, reduce counterfeiting, and optimize logistics.
We encourage submissions from a variety of disciplines, including:
- Information Systems
- Business Analytics
- Finance
- Computer Science
- Economics
- Social Sciences
Possible topics include, but are not limited to:
- AI-driven decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- AI-powered decentralized finance (DeFi) applications
- AI-powered trading
- AI in Fintech
- AI-driven investment strategies and risk management in crypto markets
- The use of AI for fraud detection and regulatory compliance in blockchain-based systems
- Decentralized supply chain management using blockchain and AI
