Conference Theme: Leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy to drive innovation, growth, and productivity in organization

The theme of the 2025 IACIS annual conference is leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy to drive innovation, growth, and productivity in organizations. It involves strategically integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into business processes to enhance decision-making, automate tasks, and optimize operations. Organizations can uncover valuable insights, streamline workflows, and develop innovative products and services by harnessing AI's capabilities in data analysis, machine learning, natural language processing, etc., which can lead to increased efficiency, reduced costs, improved customer satisfaction, and ultimately, sustained business growth and competitive advantage



 Submission Deadline

In order to meet conference deadlines, all submissions (Full papers, Abstracts, Panels) MUST be submitted online by May 18, 2025. Authors will receive notifications regarding acceptance/rejection of their submissions on or before June 22. Final revised formatted papers are due on or before July 13.

Important: Please note that all submissions (full papers, extended abstracts, & abstracts) must be submitted by the deadline above in order to undergo the double blind, peer review process and be considered for publication in either the Issues in Information Systems (IIS) or the conference proceedings.



What to Submit

You are invited to share your research on the conference theme or other relevant IS and IT research with the educators and professionals attending the IACIS International Conference.

Papers covering related academic and technical issues are also encouraged.  Submit full pedagogy/research papers, abstracts, or panel presentation proposals.  Submissions must be unpublished, original works.

Publication Opportunity

All submissions are double-blind refereed. All high-marked full papers accepted in the review process will be fast-tracked for publication in Volume 26 of Issues in Information Systems, a publication of IACIS. Issues in Information Systems Journal is a refereed, serial publication that is registered with the U.S. Library of Congress and indexed in Scopus (Issues in Information Systems has been accepted for inclusion in Scopus<https://suggestor.step.scopus.com/progressTracker/?trackingID=8C071ED43E862971> in 2022), Cabell's Directory of Publishing Opportunities in Management and Marketing, EBSCO Host, DOAJ, and ULRICHS WEB. All other accepted submissions will be published in the Conference Proceedings.

Doctoral Student Papers

IACIS welcomes papers written by doctoral students. Submitted doctoral papers will be subject to the same review process as regular papers and must be submitted before the deadline. All doctoral student papers accepted by the reviewers will be scheduled for presentation and published in Issues in Information Systems - please view IIS at http://iacis.org/iis/iis.php. The submitted papers will be evaluated and judged, and the Best Doctoral Paper will be given an award at the Award Ceremony luncheon during the conference.
