Have you ever wondered how to navigate your academic journey and would love
insights from those that are one step ahead of you career-wise? Then apply
as a mentee in our newly created 𝐀𝐈𝐒 𝐒𝐈𝐆 𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐄 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫
𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦!

In online group sessions led by your mentor, you can discuss questions,
challenges, and growth opportunities of your academic journey. You will
also be able to connect with the peers in your mentorship group.

⚠️ Importantly, this program is not about joint paper authoring, reviewing,
or editing; it is focused on career mentorship.

Who can be a mentee?

If you're an early-stage PhD, late-stage PhD, or early-career faculty
(i.e., post-doc or early assistant professor), this program is for you:
🔹 Early-stage PhDs → mentored by late PhD & early-career faculty
🔹 Late-stage PhDs → mentored by early & mid-career faculty
🔹 Early-career faculty → mentored by mid-career & senior faculty

How it works:
✅ Join a small group (~5 mentees and a mentor) virtually
✅ Choose your area(s) of interest
✅ Flexible meeting schedule (~every two months, as agreed with your group)

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain new perspectives and learn from
those who have been in your shoes.

📌 Sign up here to become a mentee: https://lnkd.in/eAT6MUZA

𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲: 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵, 𝟮𝟳 (end of day, ET)

In case of more applications than seats available, we will have to randomly
draw the mentees. Mentees and mentors will be matched primarily based on
time zone and topic preferences.

📌 If you still want to join as a mentor, we are happy to have you as a
part of our initiative (late stage PhD to senior faculty)! Please sign up
here to become a mentor: https://lnkd.in/da6Gw_49
