Scientific Environment

The professorship will be assigned to the Department of Computer Science 
of the TUM School of Computation, Information and Technology.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include research and teaching as well as the 
promotion of early-career scientists. We seek to appoint an expert in 
the research areas of information systems engineering and integration as 
well as enterprise architecture management, specifically considering 
challenges such as large scale enterprise models. The successful 
candidate is also expected to tackle aspects such as distributed 
monitoring of information systems, quality of service management, and 
implementation governance. Teaching responsibilities include compulsory 
courses in the Bachelor's and Master's degree programs in Information 
Systems as well as teaching in the supervision-intensive area 
(internships, seminars) and theses.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have demonstrated initial scientific 
achievements and the capacity for independent research at the highest 
international level. A university degree and an outstanding doctoral 
degree or equivalent scientific qualification, as well as pedagogical 
aptitude, are prerequisites. Substantial research experience abroad is
