Together with my co-chairs, Amany Elbanna and Maha Shaikh, we enthusiastically encourage junior faculty in UK, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East to apply for the Junior Faculty Consortium at ECIS 2025 in Amman Jordan. We hope to see you there!

The Junior Faculty Consortium offers scholars who obtained their PhD in the last five years (including post docs) a very valuable opportunity to discuss career advancement, making choices and achieve success in academia. The consortium features panels, discussions, and interactive paper development sessions, providing a platform for navigating academic careers and networking with mentors and peers.

A select group of highly successful IS faculty will serve as faculty mentors and will share their experiences and advice. The workshop is highly interactive and is a productive and enjoyable experience for all participants.

For those junior faculty already planning to attend ECIS, please note that participation in the JFC is included in the ECIS registration fee.
