Dear Colleague,

It is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the 13th International Conference on Project MANagement (Proj MAN 2025), which will take place from November 26-28, 2025, at the Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi, UAE. 

The conference will also offer remote synchronous participation via Zoom videoconferencing software.

Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit their manuscripts electronically through the conference webpage (http://projman.scika.org) by April 30, 2025.

Submissions may be made in the following formats: full papers, short papers, poster papers, and industry papers. All submissions must strictly follow the submission guidelines available on the conference webpage.

All conference submissions will undergo double-blind peer review by three members of the Scientific Committee.

Important dates:
- Deadline for paper submission: April 30
- Notification of acceptance/rejection: June 15
- Revised version due: June 30
- Conference: 26-28 November
