The "Navigating Well-being in Modern Work Environments" mini track aims to explore the multi-faceted approach to well-being and its integral relationship with the future of work in a digital world. As digital transformation revolutionizes the traditional concept of work and workspace, understanding the physical, psychological, and emotional well-being of knowledge workers becomes paramount. In a world where the boundaries between work and personal life blur, it is crucial to develop strategies, tools, and organizational cultures that prioritize the holistic well-being of workers.
This mini track invites innovative studies and practical solutions that address well-being from a comprehensive perspective, ensuring that the future of work benefits businesses and the people who power them.

This mini track welcomes theoretical developments, empirical research findings, case studies, methodologies, artifacts, and other high-quality manuscripts.
