Call for Papers – AMCIS 2025 Mini-Track on Emerging Technologies and Digital Transformation Trends

Dear Colleagues,
We invite you to submit your research to the “*Emerging Technologies and
Digital Transformation Trends*” mini-track at AMCIS 2025. This mini-track
is part of the *Digital Transformation and Organizational Information
Systems Research (SIG OSRA)* track that focuses on the transformative
impact of cutting-edge technologies such as AI, IoT, Blockchain, 5G, and
Quantum Computing. As these technologies mature, they redefine workflows,
enable new business models, and reshape global digital ecosystems. We look
forward to contributions that shed light on how these innovations influence
organizational strategies, structures, and competitiveness.
*Submission Deadline: February 28, 2025*
*Suggested Topics:*
- The role of AI, IoT, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing in digital
transformation
- Impact on organizational agility and innovation
- Integrating advanced technologies into business processes
- Evolution of digital platforms and ecosystems
- Emerging business models and value propositions
- Challenges: cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulation
- Case studies on successful adoption of technologies
- Human and cultural factors in technology adoption
We welcome both *theoretical *and *empirical studies*, as well as
*case-based* and d*esign-oriented *research. This mini-track will provide
an excellent venue for scholars and practitioners to share innovative
ideas, present new findings, and discuss the implications of emerging
technologies on digital transformation.
