Dear Claudia, Jane and Helmut,
I hope you all are doing well.
Thank you so much for organizing this. I would like to apply as a mentor as
well as a mentee. I attached my CV.
I have mentored other faculty before (see my CV) .
As a mentee, I was wondering if it's possible to be mentored by a full
professor at advanced stages of her career, preferably one who held an
administrative position such as chair, associate dean, dean.
I have been dealing with mobbing/bullying at my current organization, just
like most women in my department. I am looking for a full professorship at
another institute close to Wilmington, NC.
I...
(1) wish to participate,
(2) am IS faculty member at East Carolina University
(3) am in a *minority* position (religion, sexual orientation, & handicap)
(4) am *NOT* a PhD student --- My promotion to full professor is underway
now.
(5) have published at JAIS, and I would love to publish at MISQ. MISQ seems
like a totally different ball game to me.
Kind Regards,
Yeliz.
Dr. U. Yeliz Eseryel
